Main tasks:​

• Billing

• Bookkeeping

• Pay

• Follow-up of clients and current files

• /QST reports (a plus)

​

Technical knowledge and assets:

• Knowledge of Accomba accounting software

• Mastery of QuickBooks accounting software is a plus (internal training available)

• Mastery of Employer D payroll software is a plus (internal training available)

• Mastery of the Office suite, mainly Excel

• Good knowledge of IT tools (Google WorkSpace, Google Drive, etc.)

• Mastery of the French language both orally and in writing
